Personal Development

Alongside a knowledge-rich and broad curriculum,

at Paddington Academy we also believe that personal development for students is an entitlement and is made up of a range of experiences and leadership opportunities. We have a house system to deliver this and students participate in work experience twice during their school careers. With this in mind, we provide a breadth of opportunities and experiences which seek to help our students become confident, well-rounded and ambitious young adults. 

Junior Leadership

Our JLT lead on many initiatives inside the school and the local community. They are at the heart of our fundraising efforts and efforts to ensure our school is a community of belonging. Students have led on exhibitions, talks and have presented in the House of Commons on one experience.
