I love working at Paddington because of the huge focus on teaching and learning, which gives me the freedom to teach to the best of my ability and make a real contribution to the transformative impact that the Academy has on our students' lives. As teaching staff, we engage with up-to-date research and pedagogy on a fortnightly basis - this helps me to know that I am always delivering the highest quality lessons that I can. Since joining Paddington as an RQT last year, my head of department has actively supported my development. This has led to me taking on responsibility for Year 10 Maths, mentoring a trainee teacher and completing a qualification in middle leadership. Michael, Maths Teacher
